The Redskins got beat up, badly, in a 34-24 shellacking by the Eagles on Monday Night Football.

An injury list you don’t want to wake up to? Three-fifths of Washington’s starting offensive linemen got dinged up:

Trent Williams (knee), Brandon Scherff (knee), Morgan Moses (ankles)

The type of injury scares that can startle fans right out of their optimism for the season.

Williams entered the game already wounded, limping in with a torn medial patella-femoral ligament (MPFL) that will require corrective surgery at some point. The all-word offensive tackle is diligently pushing onward, trying to stave off that surgery for as long as he physically can.

He walked off the field the same way he entered…

Brandon Scherff went down with a knee injury of his own in the fourth quarter. The guard’s NSFW reaction while lying on the turf:

Moses couldn’t escape the game unscathed, either. Scherff is scheduled to undergo an MRI on his left knee, per Master Tesfatsion.

And that’s just the offensive linemen.

Jay Gruden’s injury report may be a painful read on Tuesday.
