Mandarin Oriental hotel’s Muze, featuring American cuisine with an Asian twist, will host a Christmas Day buffet from 12 noon to 8 p.m. It will showcase more than 100 items including sushi, a carving station with Southern Maryland stuffed ham, and a Peking Duck and dim sum selection. There will also be appearances from Santa throughout the day. The buffet is priced at $88 per person for adults with the option of unlimited Veuve Clicquot for an addition $100 or Dom Perignon for $200. It’s $44 for children four to 12 years of age.

On Christmas Day, the Michelin-starred Blue Duck Tavern at the Parky Hyatt hotel will offer its a la carte breakfast menu from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Then “brunch into dinner” service will be available from 12 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Guests opting for the Christmas Day, three-course holiday meal will begin their dining experience with a selection of starters placed throughout the open-air kitchen, followed by a choice of plated entrées and side dishes showcasing regional produce. Seasonal desserts prepared by Pastry Chef David Collier will complete the Christmas Day feast. The holiday menu is priced at $110 per person for adults and $55 for children six years of age and up.

The Hay Adams historic hotel will be offering Christmas Day brunch with seatings from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Top of the Hay, its upstairs dining and event venue that providers outstanding views of the White House. The brunch will feature a buffet filled with seasonal delicacies curated by Executive Chef Nicholas Legret. There will also be an array of desserts prepared by pastry Chef Josh Short. The brunch is priced at $120 per person for adults and $60 for children four to 12 years of age.

Urbana in Kimpton’s Hotel Palomar will offer a traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The special Italian-American dinner will be observed with a five-course menu featuring dishes such as cavatelli with mussels; littleneck clams and sea urchin cream; baccala ravioli with salsa rossa and parsley butter; diver scallops with farro risotto, capers, golden raisins and pine nuts. The feast is priced at $65 per person, with an optional wine pairing for $35.

The Willard InterContinental, one of Washington, D.C.’s landmark hotels, will celebrate Christmas with an elegant brunch in its Willard and Crystal Ballrooms. Guests will enjoy a festive menu that includes a delectable assortment of action stations serving dishes such as omelets, fresh seafood, and hand carved meats. Four seatings are offered: 10:30 a.m.11 a.m.1:30 p.m., and 2 p.m. The brunch is priced at $110 per adult and $55 for children five to 12 years of age.
