WASHINGTON — Police have released surveillance video and new details in their investigation into the deadly shooting of a Springdale man last week.

Prince George’s County police say 59-year-old Bernard Parker was shot in his car not far from his home on Nov. 10.

Detectives released surveillance video Friday of Parker driving in his neighborhood moments before the shooting. Preliminary investigation reveals he was not travelling with the shooter. Detectives believe the suspect was outside of the car.

Police say they are working to identify the motive and suspect in this shooting.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in this case.
