WASHINGTON (CBSDC) – A day after Anonymous declared “total war” against ISIS, the Islamic militants responded by calling the hacker group “idiots,” reports Newsweek.
On Monday, the hacktivists promised to launch its “biggest operation ever” in retaliation for the Paris attacks.

The “Islamic Cyber Army” issued a statement on its purported official channel on the privacy app Telegram.
“The Anonymous hackers threatened in new video release that they will carry out a major hack operation on the Islamic State (idiots),” the post read. “What they gonna hack…all they can do is hacking twitter accounts, emails etc.”
The post also offered suggestions for militants to avoid being exposed online.
“Do not talk to to people u don’t know on telegram and block them if u have to cause there are many glitches in telegram and they can hack you by it,” it warned. “Don’t talk to people on twitter DM cause they can hack u too.”
But that hasn’t stopped Anonymous from claiming some victories. The hackers say they have already shut down social media accounts and websites used by the terror group, according to Business Insider.
One post seen by The Independent appears to contain personal details, including the physical address of a person it says is an ISIS recruiter in Europe.
