Lisa Wyche, who is on dialysis three days a week, has been missing since Halloween after her car broke down on the Baltimore-Washington Parkway and she walked off to get gas. Police say she may be disoriented.
U.S. Park Police are on horseback searching Wyche in a wooded area near the parkway. They have been using a helicopter, dogs and volunteers to find her.
“This particular area falls underneath power lines, so the horses will search the area that the helicopter could not,” says Park Police spokeswoman Anna Rose.
