WASHINGTON (CBSDC) – How would you irritate an ISIS member?
That’s the question asked by the Internet group Anonymous.
It started the hashtag #TrollingISIS and invited the public to send suggestions.
Many of the ideas were rather vulgar. But one seemed to catch on: the ISIS thong.
A member photoshopped the ISIS symbol onto an image of a black thong, and suggested the group should sell them.
ISIS, of course, is against women’s rights in general, and is violently opposed to women who express their sexuality through lingerie and other erotic outfits.
The trolling was so expert, that several newspapers, including The Daily Mirror reported it as a real product. This earned the scorn of Anonymous members.
Anonymous asked its members to photoshop the thong onto images of ISIS fighters.
And others are already working on more ways to troll the Islamic militants.
