WASHINGTON — Wiz Khalifa was handcuffed at Los Angeles International Airport Saturday after refusing to step off a self-balancing scooter, often called a “hoverboard,” according to multiple reports.
Videos on his Instagram and Twitter accounts show the 27-year-old getting handcuffed and eventually pinned on the ground by officers.
