ESPN reports that Pres. Obama, who has done an ESPN bracket every year since 2009, had his best finish in 2011. He was in the 87.4 percentile that year despite picking Kansas over Connecticut to win the national title. The President did guess the correct national champion, North Carolina, in 2009.
