LANHAM, Md. (WNEW) — Three teenagers were stabbed during a party in a hotel room where underage drinking occurred, police say.
Alexandria Police responded to the Hilton Hotel in the 5000 block of Seminary Road around 1:30 a.m. Friday for the report of a stabbing. Two 18-year-old boys and one 17-year-old boy were found with severe lacerations and were taken to a local hospital.
One 18-year-old is in serious condition and the other two teenagers sustained non-life threatening injuries.
Police say numerous party-goers were under the age of 21 and consuming alcohol. They were subsequently charged with possession of alcohol by a person under 21.
Witnesses told police that two suspects were involved in the assault after an argument over liquor.
The investigation is ongoing.
