BALTIMORE (WNEW) — With less than 24 hours before polls open, Republican Larry Hogan is confident in his chances of becoming Maryland’s next governor.

Hogan was campaigning at the Inner Harbor Monday, where he said he believes he’ll be voted governor on Tuesday.

He says party affiliation doesn’t matter to Maryland voters who want change and his focus on cutting taxes will fair better than Democratic candidate Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown’s negative campaign ads.
