
WASHINGTON (WNEW) — Thousands marched down Constitution Avenue to the White House Sunday, protesting Israel and calling for a free Palestine.

Protesters are angry at Israel and at the killings of innocent civilians, especially children in Gaza. One man held a sign inscribed with the names of 25 children killed in Gaza and their ages.

“They’re more worried about their life seeing the next day,” he says. “They’re not even promised another day.”
One woman protested alongside her 7-year-old son, holding a sign that says “Stop using our money to kill innocent children.”

She says the images she’s seen will never leave her memory.
“People are carrying their children to burial grounds in bags,” she says.
Rabbi Dovid Feldman says the United States needs to stop supporting Israel.
“We plead with the United States of America,” Rabbi Feldman says. “We have to understand that this is wrong. We have to understand that this is dangerous, criminal, anti-religious and anti-Jewish.”
