The Washington Examiner’s Rick Snider joined the Junkies on Tuesday to update the show on the development of a few young players at Redskin’s training camp, including one bombshell opinion.

The Junks, especially EB, are worried about word coming out of Ashburn that Robert Griffin III has struggled throughout camp.  Things may not be as far along as fans would like, but it has to be better than last year, right?

“Does he at least look better than Rex Grossman?”, asked JP.

“No”, replied Snider. “Rex actually knows this thing so well, he can just pick people apart.”

“Alright, now I’m going to puke”, said EB.

Snider calmed the Junks a bit by reminding them that there is still a long ways to go.

“The defense has been sitting on him everyday now for two weeks. You know each other a lot more than anyone than any is going to know you. The vets are taking great delight in beating RG here.”

“He looks like a rookie, but not the worst rookie I’ve seen”, said Snider.

EB wasn’t exactly buying it. “He has to be better than Grossman…He has to be better than Andy Dalton last year to justify what we gave up for him!”

The Junkies also talk to Snider about the development of Niles Paul after his switch to tight end this off-season.
