LaVar Arrington Throws First Pitch At Nationals Game

LaVar Arrington, co-host of LaVar & Dukes on 106.7 The Fan weekdays 2-6 PM, threw out the first pitch at the Washington Nationals game. It had been at least a year since he'd thrown a baseball so prior to the game, LaVar practiced in the parking lot at 106.7 The Fan in the hopes that he wouldn't throw the pitch into the dirt.
