Buried at Arlington cemetery located at Memorial Bridge Arlington, Va 22201 is one of the most popular Presidents, of my parents generation, John F. Kennedy, and his family are laying at rest in this beautiful and moving location.

Len Bias

Len Bias, former Maryland University basketball star, and drafted Boston Celtic who passed from drug overdose, is laid to rest at the Lincoln Memorial Cemetery located in Suitland Maryland. It was rumored at one point that Len Bias had Michael Jordan potential and would have been a major contender in the NBA if he was alive.

Spencer Fullerton Baird

Located at the Oak Hill Cemetery of Washington DC (3001 R Street) is Spencer Fullerton Baird. Spencer was a naturalist and also the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution. He was also a famed novelist who published titles such as “Birds” 1858, “Mammals of North America” 1859 and “History of North America” 1875.
