The Joy of Motion Dance Center provides a wide variety of dance classes, including Zumba, for all ages and abilities. In classes taught by professionally trained Zumba instructors, participants will increase their strength, improve their flexibility and burn a ton of calories in just one hour. This non-profit dance facility works to make dance classes accessible to everyone. Its facility also offers tap, ballet, modern and hip-hop dance classes, summer camps and workshops as well as dance programs geared toward kids, teens and senior citizens.

Since 1998, Excel Movement Studios has brought Pilates, yoga and other group fitness classes to D.C.-area residents. No experience is required to participate in Zumba classes at the studio every Wednesday night. Beginners are encouraged this super-accessible Zumba class.
