Think you need to be at an exotic location in order to work on your tan? Think again. There are plenty of places to soak up the sun around the D.C. area. Whether you’re searching for a hip, happening urban oasis or a laid-back pool, check out these best places to sunbathe in the D.C. area and get glowing.

The Liaison Capitol Hill features a stunningly decorated outdoor space plus plenty of poolside chairs, lounges and cabanas to relax and work on your tan.
