The Sky Bar at the Beacon Bar & Grill has a whole list of house martinis to choose from. Examples include the chocolate martini, perfect martini, lemon drop and the blackberry martini, to name a few. During happy hour, the drinks are only $5 on the rooftop. This establishment hosts an annual Best Martini in DC Contest. In its 6th year, the contest features 10 to 12 of the best local DC bartenders who battle for cash awards with their mind-blowing martini creations. The audience and special guest judges determine the winner.

Dirty Martini is a restaurant, bar and lounge in the DC area. All martini drinks can be served in all three areas of the establishment. Known for its martinis, you can’t leave this martini bar without trying its classic cocktail – the dirty martini. Or try one of the signature martinis like the Obama, a perfect pear, hot and passion or the Howitzer 75. Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Ozio is one of the premier martini bars in Washington, DC. With six bars, a restaurant and a hookah and cigar lounge on a multilevel building, Ozio has a reputation of being one of the top martini lounges in the city. Its martini menu is filled with unique names and flavors like Agent “O”, Long Kiss Goodbye, Ole’ Blue Eyes, Muddy Waters and Stockholm 75. Since Ozio is a Mediterranean/American fusion restaurant, its has a signature martini called “Ozio” that is served with a feta-stuffed olive. Happy hour is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday and Friday.

The Black Fox Lounge is nestled in the northwest part of DC. It serves everything from classic to original cocktails. Black Fox has some amazing martinis including the Geisha to Foxy Lady. Black Fox also has shooters in martini form. Daily happy hour (4 p.m. to 7 p.m.) martini drinks are $7. Vapiano has two amazing martinis that everyone should try at least once. The Vapiano martini is made of Madre of Stoli Razberi, DeKuyper Razzmatazz, pineapple juice and gummy bears. Then, there is the Milagro espresso martini which is made of Kahlua, Milagro Plata tequila, Bailey’s Irish Cream and espresso. Vapiano has two locations in the Dupont Circle area and Chinatown. Happy hour is Monday through Saturday from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m. to close.
