If the idea of teeing off in sight of the Washington Monument makes your heart soar, East Potomac Park is one best golf courses aroung Washington, D.C., to try. Actually, it’s one of only three courses within the city limits. The flat, wide open course makes it as playable as it is convenient. It also has one of the oldest miniature golf courses in the country and a driving range that’s open until 10 p.m. during the summer.
