La Madeline is a cafeteria style resturaunt and bakery that serves traditional French cuisine. They have a traditional rustic ambience that gives you the sense that you’re eating in a French cottage. This makes for a very enjoyable experience. La Madeline prepares pastas, salads, sandwiches, and soup fresh which is affordable, and delicious. Make sure to try their signature Tomato Bisque. Also stop at the bakery on the way out for your favorite pastry, or bread to take home. They are very well priced for the quality, and portion size is perfect. Their customer service is fantastic as well with ample seating for everyone.

Anyone who knows and loves classic French bistros and their classic dishes, Mon Ami Gabi is definitely the place to be. Located in the Heart of Bethesda, old world style meets the demands of today’s patrons. Delicious Chicken and mushrooms are prepared along side with seared steak, and it’s to say the least Magnufiuqe. This is a little on the more expensive side, but makes for a perfect place for a first date or a nice night on the town with friends.

Le Vieux Logis is located in Bethesda, but you would never know it. This quaint restaurant with hand painted boxed flowers on the outside is not as flashy as other restaurants in the area, but don’t let that fool you. It’s probably one of the hottest destinations for delicious French cuisine. It’s a low light atmosphere that offers a great refuge from today’s hustle and bustle. The chefs know what they are good at and they keep within those boundaries keeping the menu simple offering traditional dishes like osso bucco. This is a moderately priced establishment which serves up more than a good meal.
