Halloween, for children, is a night of scary fun and dressing up in costumes. As an adult, Halloween is a time to relive our childhood follies of food and fun. The only difference between kids and the “kids at heart” is that the older crowd gets to dance and stay up past our curfew. Party into the wee hours of the night at some of DC’s hottest Halloween parties.
