Elfin: Certainly A Down Year For Maryland Sports, Unless You’re A Lacrosse Team

Men’s cross country, indoor track and outdoor track, men’s and women’s swimming and diving, men’s tennis, women’s acrobatics and tumbling, and women’s water polo are all scheduled to be eliminated by July 1, but the men’s and women’s lacrosse teams begin tournament play this weekend, and that’s something to celebrate.
