Superman Building Owner Wants Historic Tax Credits

The owner of the Superman building, Rhode Island’s tallest, wants to convert the building from office space into apartments and needs historic tax credits to do it, the company said Tuesday.

Warner Bros. Gives ‘Superman,’ ‘Batman’ Relics to Smithsonian

George Clooney’s “Batman” mask, Christopher Reeve’s costume from “Superman III” and Halle Berry’s “Catwoman” suit are joining the collection of Hollywood artifacts at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History.
