Va. Insured May Have Temporary Pardon Available

Virginia regulators say policyholders who face possible cancellation of their insurance under the new health care law may have a temporary reprieve available to them.

Manning Pardon Would Be Judged ‘Like Any Other’

The White House says that if Army Pfc. Bradley Manning wants to seek a presidential pardon, he must apply for clemency and his request “will be considered in that process like any other application.”
