National Women’s History Museum
Citing history textbooks, national parks and landmarks that mostly leave women out, lawmakers on Wednesday revived a long-stalled effort to create a National Women’s History Museum in the nation’s capital.
This month marks a hundred years since the Woman Suffrage March in Washington, D.C. As March is Women’s History Month, it is even more fitting to celebrate that spirit of equality for women. Spend some time this month learning and experiencing the struggles and accomplishments of women.
