Court: Contractors Allegedly Tortured By U.S. Forces In Iraq Can’t Sue Rumsfeld

A federal appeals court in Chicago has ruled that two American contractors allegedly tortured by U.S. forces in Iraq can’t sue former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.
