Court-Martial For Naval Academy Midshipman Scheduled

The court-martial of a U.S. Naval Academy midshipman accused in a sexual assault case is now scheduled to begin in March after a military judge agreed to delay the proceeding, which had been scheduled for February.

USNA Sexual Assault Case Held Over Holiday Weekend

Prosecutors and three separate legal defense teams will gather for the resumption of a hearing to determine whether three Naval Academy midshipmen will be court-martialed over sexual assault allegations.
