Crews Repairing Pump, Water Lines in Fort McHenry Tunnel

The Maryland Transportation Authority says workers are making repairs to water lines and a sump pump used to discharge water in part of the Fort McHenry Tunnel on Interstate-95 after the lines were frozen due to the winter weather.
