    Bomani: If You Make Teams Interview One Minority ‘They’ll Interview Only One’

    Bomani Jones calls the issue of minority candidates not being hired in the NFL systemic, and says the only way teams will interview more than one non-white candidate for a coaching vacancy is if you force them to interview more than one non-white candidate.
