For the second time in less than a month thousands upon thousands of gallons of raw sewage spilled onto a popular hiking and biking trail in D.C.

Customers are advised to continue boiling their water for cooking and drinking if they are experiencing low water pressure, especially in areas west and southwest of Rock Creek Park, The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority suggests.
