Survey: Teenagers Are Getting Bullied Less In School

Nearly 1 in 4 surveyed U.S. students say they have been bullied in school. That’s an improvement, but the prevalence reinforces just how difficult the problem is to solve.

A Maryland mom is feeling a mixture of happiness and disappointment after she says it took a public outcry to get her deceased daughter’s high school to allow her classmates to honor her memory at graduation with blue ribbons on their gowns.
