Tiger Woods can’t say whether his left elbow will be fully healed in time for the British Open, only that it will be “good enough.” Of course, he’ll be missing his own tournament at Congressional due to a left elbow strain.

The hype isn’t nearly as pronounced as it was when the US Open was held at Congressional last June, but the PGA Tour is back in town, and massive crowds are expected to flock to the course, despite the overpowering heat. If only D.C. had it’s own hometown hero to cheer on.
