One of the Plaintiffs Explains Claim Against Redskins Trademark

The Washington Redskins have been thrust into the heat of a legal dispute over their namesake, and to this point, there has been no public face to represent their opposition. On Friday, one of the plaintiffs to bring the name to trademark court, Amanda Blackhorse, came in to explain to the Junkies why she thinks “the actual term has no place being registered federally.”
