Chuck Carroll

Chuck Carroll is a radio veteran, member of the Pro Football Writers of America, pro wrestling aficionado and most importantly an advocate for healthy living.

He has been covering the Washington Redskins for three seasons.

Chuck co-hosts 4th & Pain with Redskins defensive end Adam Carriker. The show is billed as the only pro wrestling show to be hosted by a NFL player and a weight loss champion.

Health and Weight Loss

At just 5 feet 6 inches tall, he weighed 420 pounds before making the decision to radically change his life.

Chuck, a native of Norfolk, Va., underwent gastric bypass surgery on Sept. 1, 2009 and never looked back.

Although critical, the surgery proved only to be the first step in his journey. Chuck shed 250 pounds without ever setting foot inside a gym.

He became a student of nutrition and health and is a living testimony that there is a difference between dieting and changing your diet.

In the years since the surgery, Chuck has changed virtually every aspect of his life and prides himself on maintaining a weight loss.

He is driven to pay forward what he has learned and share his experience with others.
