Jonathan Allen Now Out for Season with Lisfranc Injury

Redskins defensive lineman Jonathan Allen will now miss the rest of the season, according to ESPN’s John Keim.

It was determined earlier in the week that Allen suffered a Lisfranc sprain in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s 26-24 victory over San Francisco, and he was initially projected to miss three to four weeks.

The Redskins have accrued incredible misfortune with injuries along their front seven, already losing lineman Phil Taylor, and linebacker Trent Murphy, to season-ending injuries.
