Babies grow fast, which means they also outgrow their clothes and gear quickly. It can be an expensive process constantly buying all new stuff. Luckily, there are a number of shops that specialize in selling second-hand baby goods. Here are five of the Washington, D.C. area’s best places for high-quality, gently used items for your little bundle of joy.

A mother of three, Dawn Luepke founded Bellies & Babies to provide “quality, trendy, and timeless fashion.” It operates as a consignment shop and features clothing for newborns and children up to eight years of age, popular baby gear, toys, and books. All newly acquired items are shared on the shop’s social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram) and available to be immediately bought by or held for shoppers.
