WASHINGTON — This is not a new story, but just in case you had somehow forgotten, Bryce Harper is freakishly strong.
Let’s just take a quick peak through his recent Instagram posts.
Oh look, here’s him casually deadlifting 505 pounds three times.
That’s a notable improvement over this Dec. 2015 video, when he maxes out at one lift of 500 pounds.
Then there’s this video posted just a day earlier of him squatting what appears to be 315 pounds (if each weight is indeed 45 pounds) three times with pauses in between. (Also, check out the video credit — is that the Jason Giambi?)
Even this man’s Mannequin Challenge is a workout.
Then there’s this one, where he walks with an undetermined amount of weight about 50 steps.
It’s not the first time he’s put together some creative workouts. Here’s him “gardening” in a way that is slightly different from what I know to be gardening.
Then there was the time Harper showed off his incredible balance and lower body strength.
