Josh Norman was Fired Up After the Redskins’ Win

WASHINGTON — Josh Norman vs. Odell Beckham was supposed to be the story of the game, but it lacked some of the luster.

There were moments, sure.

But ultimately, Beckham vs. the New York Giants kicking net might have been the best fight of the day.

The Giants receiver finished with seven catches for 121 yards. He got the best of Norman on several occasions, and Norman got the best of him on a few others. But at the end of the day, the Redskins beat the Giants, which means Norman came out on top.

And the outspoken cornerback knew it. Boy, did he know it. Here he is in the waning seconds of the Redskins’ win, which was played in New Jersey, by the way.

And here he is entering the tunnel after the win became official.

It’s not quite “You like that!” but it’s something. And it’s definitely enough to believe the Redskins-Giants matchups of the next few years will be the stuff of spectacle.
