3-Year-Old Falls From Third Floor Apartment Window
LANHAM, Md. (WNEW) — A 3-year-old boy is recovering after falling from a third floor apartment window Thursday evening in Silver Spring.
The child fell about 25 feet after going through a window screen at the White Oak Apartments on Lockwood Drive around 7:50 p.m., according to Montgomery County Fire and EMS spokesperson Pete Piringer.
The boy was taken to the hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
It wasn’t immediately clear why the child fell through the window.
