Baltimore Cabbie Found Shot in Head
BALTIMORE — Baltimore city police say they’re investigating the shooting of a taxi driver in the northeast part of the city.
They say the man was found shot in the head inside a Checker cab that was involved in a crash in the 4400 block of Asbury Avenue at about 1:40 a.m. Tuesday.
He was taken to a hospital, where police say he is listed in critical but stable condition.
An incident report states that the man was awake and communicated with officers who responded to the crash report.
Police found no one else was in the cab.
