Man Found Injured On Roadway In Severn

LANHAM, Md. (WNEW) — A man was found with a head injury on a roadway in Severn early Saturday morning, and later died at Shock Trauma.

Just before 2 a.m., Anne Arundel County Police responded to intersection of Meade Village Circle and Meade Village Road and found 30-year-old Todd De Andre Thomas, of Glen Burnie, lying face down and suffering from a head injury. He was taken to Shock Trauma where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

Police believe that Thomas may have fallen from the back of a white van. The driver of the van may not have realized that Thomas was injured.

Anyone with information concerning the involved vehicle is asked to call the Anne Arundel Police Department at 410-222-8610.

The investigation is ongoing.
