WASHINGTON (CBSDC) — Former Redskins London Fletcher and Fred Smoot are set to join CBS’s Sunday coverage of the NFL, as studio analysts for CBS Sports Network’s “That Other Pregame Show (TOPS).”

CBS announced the hiring of Fletcher – a sixteen year veteran and four-time Pro Bowler who retired following the 2013 season — and Smoot — who last played for the Redskins in 2009 – on Wednesday.

The network’s football coverage is experiencing sweeping changes ahead of the 2014 regular season.

Along with the departures of Dan Marino and Shannon Sharpe from their roles on “The NFL Today,” also announced in recent months was the hiring of former players Tony Gonzalez and Trent Green, and the elevation of Bart Scott.

“TOPS” is a four-hour extension of CBS’s network coverage, which kicks off Sundays at 9 a.m. and runs to 1 p.m., and is returning panelists Adam Schein, Amy Trask and Brandon Tierney for its second season.

A number of Redskins-related headlines came from the show last season.

Here are a few:

Anita Marks was also added to the show’s roster.
