LANHAM, Md. (WNEW) — Police have arrested and charged a man in connection with a shooting last week that left six people injured.
Twenty-one-year-old Leonard Johnson, of southeast, D.C., was arrested on Friday and charged him with assault with intent to kill.
Police are now asking for the public’s help in locating 28-year-old Saeve Edward Evans in connection with the shooting.
On Sunday, police responded to the unit block of N Street, southwest, just before 2 a.m. for the report of a shooting. Officers found three men and three women suffering from gunshot wounds.
