Police Investigate Domestic-Related Double Murder in Oxon Hill

LANHAM, Md. (WNEW) — Two women were found dead inside a home in Oxon Hill Saturday morning, and police say they are domestic-related.

Prince George’s County Police responded to the home just before 8 a.m. Saturday in the 5500 block of Chloe Drive. Police then found two women inside the home suffering from trauma to the upper body.

Both women were pronounced dead on the scene.

Fifty-four-year-old Malcolm Paul Thomas, of the same address, was arrested Saturday night in Wakefield, Va., by the Sussex County Sheriff’s Office. He is charged with two counts of first-degree murder.

As of Sunday morning, Thomas is in custody in Wakefield awaiting extradition back to Prince George’s County.

The investigation is ongoing. Information will be updated as details become available.
