LANHAM, Md. (WNEW) — The Baltimore Police Department is so happy about surpassing the 50,000 follower mark on Twitter, they’ve decided to make a music video about it.

Fittingly, the video is set to Pharrell Williams’s hit song “Happy” and shows dancing officers holding up signs that tout the social media feat. Even BPD’s helicopter and horseback officers made cameo appearances.

The video has been viewed more than 65,000 times since June 30, when the department posted it on YouTube.

By comparison, the D.C. Police Department has 42,000 Twitter followers.
