WASHINGTON — Three men have pleaded guilty for their roles in a drive-by shooting that left 13 people injured in northwest Washington.
Twenty-year-old Andrew D. Allen, 22-year-old Keith D. Bobb and 21-year-old Arnell L. Smith, all of Washington, entered the pleas Thursday in D.C. Superior Court. Each pleaded guilty to 13 counts of assault with intent to kill and other offenses.
The shooting occurred March 11, 2013, when gunmen in two cars opened fire on a crowd standing outside an apartment building. Prosecutors say the violence stemmed from a long conflict between rival groups.
