A video of President Obama’s workout from the Warsaw Marriot recently went viral.
Pickens wants to bring attention to his energy plan, called “The Pickens Plan.” He wants roe place oil with natural gas the primary source of transportation fuel in this country.
Pickens has praised Obama’s energy plan but says he needs more action.
“If the president is serious on natural gas and trucking in America, here’s an idea: Lead by example. Sign an executive order mandating government vehicles use natural gas, and that those who contract with the federal government for goods and services do, too, Pickens wrote in Forbes after the 2014 State of the Union address. “Because natural gas is so much cheaper than diesel, you can make the case that such an order is fiscally responsible as well as environmentally beneficial.”
