LANHAM, Md. (WNEW) — Baltimore Police have arrested and charged two men with attempted murder for shooting a man in May.
Police say they arrested 57-year-old Dominique Jones and 24-year-old Dorcell Talley Wednesday.
On May 29 just after midnight, police responded to the 1100 block of Edmondson Avenue and found a 47-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his buttocks. He was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators say the man who was shot was walking in the area when Jones and Talley attempted to rob him and the men became involved in a physical altercation when he was shot. The two men then fled the area.
Both men are charged with attempted murder, assault, robbery, and other related charges. Thes are currently being held at the Baltimore City Central Booking and Intake Facility.
