WASHINGTON — A judge has acquitted a Metropolitan police officer of four misdemeanor charges of sexually assaulting two women while in uniform and on duty.
Superior Court Judge Robert E. Morin on Thursday found 40-year-old Larry Seay not guilty of sexually assaulting the women in 2010. Seay’s bench trial was held on Tuesday.
The Washington Post reports that Seay still faces felony charges in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a third woman.
