Woman Robbed, Sexually Assaulted By Group in Adams Morgan

WASHINGTON (WNEW) — D.C. police are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating several people believed to have participated in a sexual assault and robbery Sunday morning.

At aabout 5:45 a.m., in the 2400 block of Ontario Road, Northwest, a woman walking in the area was approached by a group of four men and two women.

Police say they dragged her into a nearby alley where they robbed her. Two of the men then sexually assaulted her before fleeing the scene.

A vehicle of interest has been identified in the case. It is a black, Ford F-150 four-door truck.

Anyone with information about this case is asked to call police at 202-727-9099. DC Crime Solvers currently offers a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible.
