LANHAM, Md. (CBSDC) — Derrick Rose’s knee isn’t healthy enough for him to play in the Bulls’ first-round playoff series against the Wizards, but apparently it is healthy enough for him to take a bike ride around the nation’s capital.

The injured star point guard was spotted touring downtown D.C. using Capital Bikeshare on Friday afternoon, hours before tip-off of Game 3 at the Verizon Center.

A photo snapped by a passerby and posted on Twitter showed Rose and his apparent tour guide stopped at a street corner on Constitution Avenue.

Rose is out for the season after suffering his second major knee injury in as many seasons.

The Bulls probably wish the former MVP could help them on the court against the Wizards. Chicago trails the best-of-7 series 2-0 after the Wizards swept the first two games in the Windy City.
